Saddle Return Policy: We appreciate that saddles have been a challenging purchase for cyclists over the years. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We recommend that you contact us first if you are struggling with saddle discomfort. We can help with model selection if you are in doubt. We need to know your height, weight and riding habits or aspirations. Long term R&D taught us much that makes selection of our saddles different than your past experiences. Sit bone and saddle width are not the fundamentally important question. It is important that you read the Adjustment Procedure pamphlet included with each new saddle and work on your saddle adjustments and overall bike fitting to be comfortable on the bike. Diligent work on your body fitness is key to improved comfort on the bike along with possible incremental fine tuning of your fit position. We encourage you and your bike shop mechanic to contact us with saddle comfort, discomfort questions. We will not accept return of any saddle that has been thrashed and abused.  Saddles are guaranteed against defect in materials and workmanship for one year. You are responsible to pay S&H costs to return the saddle & receive a replacement or a refund if that is required.

We DO NOT accept any warrantee for consideration without a copy of the original receipt from an authorized dealer.

We DO NOT warrantee Traditional Saddle Leather that has stretched prematurely.

We DO NOT authorize sales on eBay. Buy there are your peril. We DO NOT warrantee products purchased there under any circumstance.

We DO NOT accept warrantees, returns, or exchanges of remanufactured Brooks Upgrade products.
